- Third-party contractor, compliance and statutory certificate costs are charged separately.
- Where Heliodoor arranges works or services on a landlord’s behalf, any applicable Heliodoor administration or coordination fee will be clearly shown.
- Where a third-party cost qualifies as a genuine disbursement, the supplier cost may be paid directly from client funds and shown separately from Heliodoor’s own service fee.
- Rent Collection Service includes the Let Only package plus ongoing rent collection.
- Fully Managed services are subject to the terms of our management agreement.
