Service
Tenancy set up fee
£450 which includes:
- Full marketing and advertising of the property including on property portals
- Accompanied viewings of the property for prospective tenants
- Finding and vetting prospective tenants
- Preparation of legal documentation & signature thereof
- Preparation of an Inventory & Schedule of Condition
- Tenant Move-in and Move-out
Ongoing management
of the property
10% of monthly rent includes:
- Deposit collection & registration with government scheme
- Rent Collection Service
- Annual Landlord Statement
- Coordinate repairs & maintenance of the property
- Six monthly periodic inspections (see charges for additional visits)
